西北民族大學(xué)新聞傳播學(xué)院成立于2008年，是甘肅省第二所獨(dú)立建院的新聞院系，國(guó)家民委直屬院校中第一所獨(dú)立的新聞院系。學(xué)院堅(jiān)持以習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想為指導(dǎo)，堅(jiān)決貫徹黨的教育方針，增強(qiáng)“四個(gè)意識(shí)”，堅(jiān)定“四個(gè)自信”，捍衛(wèi)“兩個(gè)確立”，做到“兩個(gè)維護(hù)”；堅(jiān)守“為黨育人、為國(guó)育才”的初心使命，全面落實(shí)立德樹(shù)人根本任務(wù)，圍繞鑄牢中華民族共同體意識(shí)主線(xiàn)，緊盯高等教育改革大勢(shì)和現(xiàn)實(shí)動(dòng)向，守正創(chuàng)新、賡續(xù)奮進(jìn)，以高質(zhì)量的黨建引領(lǐng)教育事業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。學(xué)院目前為中國(guó)新聞史學(xué)會(huì)少數(shù)民族新聞傳播史研究委員會(huì)常務(wù)理事單位、副會(huì)長(zhǎng)單位，符號(hào)傳播學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事單位，中國(guó)高校影視學(xué)會(huì)民族影視專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)常務(wù)理事單位、副理事長(zhǎng)單位。

學(xué)院現(xiàn)開(kāi)設(shè)新聞學(xué)、廣播電視學(xué)、廣告學(xué)、廣播電視編導(dǎo)等4個(gè)本科專(zhuān)業(yè)；其中，新聞學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)為國(guó)家級(jí)一流專(zhuān)業(yè)，同時(shí)開(kāi)設(shè)卓越新聞學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)班，廣播電視編導(dǎo)專(zhuān)業(yè)為甘肅省一流專(zhuān)業(yè)?，F(xiàn)有新聞與傳播專(zhuān)業(yè)碩士、藝術(shù)人類(lèi)學(xué)碩士點(diǎn)、戲劇與影視專(zhuān)業(yè)碩士3個(gè)碩士學(xué)位點(diǎn)。建有新聞編輯實(shí)驗(yàn)室、廣告綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)室、廣播電視綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)室、數(shù)字暗房實(shí)驗(yàn)室，設(shè)備總值1007萬(wàn)元，其中廣播電視綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)室為甘肅省省級(jí)教學(xué)示范中心。

一、專(zhuān)業(yè)簡(jiǎn)介

廣播電視學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)創(chuàng)辦于2000年，是新聞傳播學(xué)院開(kāi)設(shè)的第一個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)。本專(zhuān)業(yè)立足西部，面向全國(guó)，以鑄牢中華民族共同體意識(shí)為主線(xiàn)，以馬克思主義新聞?dòng)^為指導(dǎo)，以服務(wù)國(guó)家重大戰(zhàn)略需求為導(dǎo)向，在系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)新聞傳播專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上，突出音視頻傳播在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代和媒體融合中的主導(dǎo)作用。通過(guò)拓寬廣播電視的專(zhuān)業(yè)范疇，豐富音視頻傳播的知識(shí)體系和實(shí)踐技能，著力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生具備一專(zhuān)多能的融媒體能力，以適應(yīng)新時(shí)期廣播電視和網(wǎng)絡(luò)視聽(tīng)行業(yè)的發(fā)展需要的應(yīng)用型人才。

I. Introduction of the Major

The major of Radio and Television, founded in 2000, is the first major opened by the School of Journalism and Communication. Based in the western region and facing the whole country, this major focuses on building a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation, guided by Marxist news concept, and guided by serving the major strategic needs of the country. On the basis of systematic learning of professional knowledge of news communication, it highlights the leading role of audio and video communication in the Internet era and media integration. By expanding the professional scope of broadcasting and television, enriching the knowledge system and practical skills of audio and video communication, we aim to cultivate students with a versatile ability to integrate media, in order to meet the development needs of the broadcasting and television industry and the network audio-visual industry in the new era.

二、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)

以鑄牢中華民族共同體意識(shí)為主線(xiàn)，落實(shí)立德樹(shù)人根本任務(wù)，培養(yǎng)德智體美勞全面發(fā)展，適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展需要，掌握新媒體領(lǐng)域所涉及的新聞學(xué)、傳播學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)等多學(xué)科交叉的基礎(chǔ)理論。具有新聞采訪(fǎng)、寫(xiě)作、報(bào)道、拍攝、編輯、主持、策劃、公共傳播的能力，能夠在廣播電視新聞機(jī)構(gòu)、各級(jí)融媒體單位、網(wǎng)絡(luò)視聽(tīng)行業(yè)、宣傳部門(mén)，以及企事業(yè)單位勝任信息采集、信息分析、信息傳播等相關(guān)工作的應(yīng)用型人才。

本專(zhuān)業(yè)希望學(xué)生在畢業(yè)后五年能夠達(dá)到以下目標(biāo)：

目標(biāo)1.具有良好的思想政治品質(zhì)和人文科學(xué)素養(yǎng)，具備中華民族共同體意識(shí)。能夠恪守新聞職業(yè)道德規(guī)范，履行新聞工作職責(zé)使命。擁有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心、敬業(yè)和奉獻(xiàn)精神。

目標(biāo)2.具備扎實(shí)的新聞傳播理論知識(shí)和豐富的新聞報(bào)道經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能夠熟練運(yùn)用新聞與傳播行業(yè)主流的內(nèi)容生產(chǎn)設(shè)備與軟件，能夠作為團(tuán)隊(duì)骨干成員組織或參與廣播電視和網(wǎng)絡(luò)視聽(tīng)新聞的報(bào)道工作，能夠勝任全媒體平臺(tái)新聞策劃、生產(chǎn)、傳播等業(yè)務(wù)崗位工作。

目標(biāo)3.具備較高的視聽(tīng)文化素養(yǎng)，對(duì)視聽(tīng)文化傳播領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展規(guī)律有全面深刻的認(rèn)知，善于運(yùn)用視聽(tīng)語(yǔ)言講好中國(guó)故事和傳播中華優(yōu)秀文化，并能結(jié)合傳播目標(biāo)選擇多種媒介渠道進(jìn)行傳播，能夠勝任文化產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和社會(huì)組織宣傳等業(yè)務(wù)崗位的工作。

目標(biāo)4.具備良好的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力與一定的科研能力，具有問(wèn)題意識(shí)和反思能力，能夠掌握文獻(xiàn)檢索、社會(huì)調(diào)查研究等科學(xué)研究基本方法進(jìn)行基本的科研研究和解決現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。并且能夠適應(yīng)未來(lái)信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展具備一定的跨文化傳播能力。

目標(biāo)5.具有良好的溝通與合作能力和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)，保持身心健康，能通過(guò)自主學(xué)習(xí)和行業(yè)鍛煉，不斷更新和調(diào)整自身的核心知識(shí)和能力，適應(yīng)職業(yè)發(fā)展和社會(huì)發(fā)展，在廣播電視和網(wǎng)絡(luò)視聽(tīng)行業(yè)及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域保持職業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

II. Education Objectives

Guided by the Xi Jinping’s Thought on socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a new era and guided by the main line of building a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation, we will carry out the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people, cultivate talents with all-round development of moral, intellectual, physical , aesthetics and labor characteristics, meet the needs of social development, and master the interdisciplinary basic theories of journalism, communication, sociology, computer science and other disciplines involved in the field of new media. With the ability of news interview, writing, reporting, shooting, editing, hosting, planning and public communication, a high-quality application-oriented all-media talent capable of information collection, information analysis, information dissemination and other related work in radio and television news organizations, financial media units at all levels, online audio-visual industry, publicity departments, enterprises, and institutions.

Our major aims to enable students to achieve the following goals within five years after graduation:

Objective 1. Graduates will have good ideological and political quality, certain humanistic Scientific literacy and have the awareness of the Chinese Volksgemeinschaft. They can adhere to the ethical standards of journalism and fulfill the responsibilities and missions of journalism work. Moreover, they should have a strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and dedication.

Objective 2. Graduates will have solid theoretical knowledge of news communication and rich experience in news reporting and are able to skillfully use mainstream content production equipment and software in the news and communication industry. They should be able to organize or participate in the reporting of radio, television, and online audiovisual news as a backbone member of the team; be qualified for news planning, production, communication, and other business positions of comprehensive media platforms.

Objective 3. Graduates should possess a high level of audio-visual cultural literacy, have a comprehensive and profound understanding of the development laws in the field of audio-visual cultural communication, be good at using audio-visual language to tell Chinese stories and spread excellent Chinese culture, and be able to choose multiple media channels for spreading based on communication goals. They also can be competent for the work of cultural industry production and social organization publicity.

Objective 4. Graduates should have the abilities of good innovation and entrepreneurship and certain scientific research ability, have problem awareness and reflective ability, and be able to apply basic scientific research methods such as literature retrieval, social investigation and research to conduct basic scientific research and solve practical problems. And able to adapt to the development of future information technology and possess certain cross-cultural communication capabilities.

Objective 5. Graduates should have good communication and cooperation skills and professional literacy, maintain physical and mental health, constantly update and adjust their core knowledge and abilities through independent learning and industry training, adapt to career development and social development, and maintain professional competitiveness in the radio, television and online audiovisual industry and related fields.

1.理想信念：以習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想為指導(dǎo)，深刻領(lǐng)會(huì)鑄牢中華民族共同體意識(shí)，具有堅(jiān)定正確的政治信念；

i. Ideal and belief: guided by Xi Jinping’s Thought of Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, deeply understand the consciousness of building a solid Volksgemeinschaft, and have firm and correct political beliefs.

2.專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)：具備良好的廣播電視專(zhuān)業(yè)理論素質(zhì)和視聽(tīng)文化相關(guān)理論知識(shí)，能夠充分了解廣播電視和視聽(tīng)文化行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì)；

ii. Professional knowledge: Possessing good theoretical qualities in broadcasting and television, as well as theoretical knowledge related to audio-visual culture, and be able to fully understand the current status and developing trends of the broadcasting and audio-visual culture industry.

3.人文素養(yǎng)：具備良好的人文素質(zhì)，了解基本的人文常識(shí)，并具備媒體人應(yīng)有的人文精神，勇于承擔(dān)傳媒工作的社會(huì)責(zé)任；

iii.  Humanistic literacy: possessing good humanistic qualities, understanding basic humanistic knowledge, and possessing the humanistic spirit that media professionals should have , and having the courage to take on social responsibilities in media work;

4.問(wèn)題分析能力：具備運(yùn)用本專(zhuān)業(yè)相關(guān)理論與知識(shí)，并結(jié)合中國(guó)實(shí)際分析業(yè)界傳媒現(xiàn)象和媒體內(nèi)容生產(chǎn)與傳播實(shí)踐中出現(xiàn)的新問(wèn)題的能力；

iv. Problem analysis ability: Possessing the ability to apply relevant theories and knowledge of this major, and combining it with the actual situation in China to analyze industry media phenomena and new problems that arise in the production and dissemination of media content;

5.設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)解決問(wèn)題：具備良好的視聽(tīng)語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力和多平臺(tái)分發(fā)能力。能夠恰當(dāng)使用現(xiàn)代工具適應(yīng)媒體深度融合的發(fā)展要求，創(chuàng)作出符合時(shí)代需求的視聽(tīng)新聞產(chǎn)品；

v. Design and development to solve problems: Possessing good audio-visual language expression skills and multi-platform distribution ability. Being able to use modern tools appropriately to adapt to the development requirements of deep media integration and create audio-visual news products that meet the needs of the times.

6.研究能力：具備良好的專(zhuān)業(yè)相關(guān)知識(shí)體系和初步的科學(xué)研究能力，掌握學(xué)術(shù)科研的基本方法和技巧，能將新聞傳播業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)運(yùn)用于實(shí)踐與研究；

vi. Research ability: Possessing a good professional knowledge system and preliminary scientific research ability, mastering the basic methods and skills of academic research, and being able to apply news communication business knowledge to practice and research.

7.專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)踐與項(xiàng)目管理：具備扎實(shí)的視聽(tīng)新聞實(shí)踐技能以及良好的視聽(tīng)文化產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)作能力，能夠適應(yīng)媒介經(jīng)營(yíng)管理工作的各項(xiàng)要求，并能組織各類(lèi)型視聽(tīng)節(jié)目的策劃與創(chuàng)作；

vii. Professional Practice and Project Management: Possessing solid practical skills in audiovisual news and good creative ability in audio-visual cultural products, being able to adapt to various requirements of media management work, and being able to organize the planning and creation of various types of audiovisual programs;

8.溝通交流與合作組織：具有較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力，在對(duì)外傳播中具備一定的溝通能力。能協(xié)調(diào)組織媒介內(nèi)容生產(chǎn)的制作與過(guò)程參與；

viii. Communication and Cooperation Organization: Possessing strong language expression skills and possessing certain communication skills in external communication. Being able to coordinate and organize the production of media content and participate in the process;

9.創(chuàng)新思維與自主終身學(xué)習(xí)：能運(yùn)用創(chuàng)新思維解決傳媒實(shí)踐問(wèn)題，能創(chuàng)造性地生產(chǎn)媒介內(nèi)容信息，能夠形成自主學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí)和終身學(xué)習(xí)能力，以適應(yīng)行業(yè)發(fā)展需求；

ix. Innovative thinking and independent Lifelong learning: being able to use innovative thinking to solve media practice problems, being able to creatively produce media content information, and can form independent learning awareness and lifelong learning ability to meet the needs of industry development;

10.職業(yè)素養(yǎng)：具備基本的職業(yè)技能，堅(jiān)守媒介工作者的職業(yè)道德，熟悉傳媒倫理法規(guī)，高度認(rèn)可傳媒工作的價(jià)值和意義。

x. Professional Literacy: Having basic professional skills, adhering to the professional ethics of media workers, being familiar with media ethics regulations, highly recognizing the value and significance of media work.

傳播學(xué)概論，中外廣播電視史，電視攝像，非線(xiàn)性編輯，廣播電視采訪(fǎng)，新聞寫(xiě)作，電視新聞評(píng)論，播音與主持，融合新聞學(xué)，視聽(tīng)傳播概論，新聞傳播倫理與法規(guī)，紀(jì)錄片研究與創(chuàng)作。

五、主要實(shí)踐性環(huán)節(jié)

Ⅴ Main Internship and Practical Training

包括專(zhuān)業(yè)課程實(shí)驗(yàn)與實(shí)訓(xùn)、專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)、畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)。

專(zhuān)業(yè)課程實(shí)驗(yàn)與實(shí)訓(xùn)主要包括廣播電視采訪(fǎng)、新聞寫(xiě)作、廣播電視評(píng)論、電視攝像、播音與主持、視頻制作與傳播、非線(xiàn)性編輯、融合新聞學(xué)等課程，采用課內(nèi)與課外相結(jié)合的形式，旨在培養(yǎng)與訓(xùn)練學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力，熟練掌握所用儀器設(shè)備的能力與技巧。

實(shí)習(xí)分專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)、畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)，畢業(yè)安排學(xué)生到各廣播電臺(tái)、電視臺(tái)、報(bào)社、新聞網(wǎng)站等媒體與新聞宣傳部門(mén)實(shí)習(xí)；專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)分為透過(guò)鏡頭理解中國(guó)創(chuàng)作實(shí)訓(xùn)和廣播電視新聞報(bào)道課程聯(lián)動(dòng)兩個(gè)部分，一般安排在學(xué)期內(nèi)。專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)、畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)分別安排在第四、第八學(xué)期。

Ⅶ Duration\Credit and Degree

（一）學(xué)制

基本學(xué)制為4年；學(xué)生可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況在3-6年內(nèi)完成學(xué)業(yè)。

（二）學(xué)分要求

學(xué)生達(dá)到《國(guó)家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中對(duì)大學(xué)生的要求，在規(guī)定的修讀年限內(nèi)，最低須修讀148學(xué)分，其中必修109學(xué)分，選修39學(xué)分，方可畢業(yè)。

1.通識(shí)教育：53學(xué)分，其中必修44學(xué)分，選修9學(xué)分；

2.專(zhuān)業(yè)教育：74學(xué)分，其中必修44學(xué)分，選修30學(xué)分（專(zhuān)業(yè)選修課共三個(gè)模塊，24學(xué)分，學(xué)生需至少選擇兩個(gè)模塊，其中一個(gè)模塊必須修夠10個(gè)學(xué)分）；

3.集中性實(shí)踐教育：21學(xué)分

（三）學(xué)位

達(dá)到學(xué)校畢業(yè)要求，在學(xué)校規(guī)定的學(xué)習(xí)年限內(nèi)，修完培養(yǎng)方案規(guī)定的內(nèi)容，成績(jī)合格，完成畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）時(shí)，準(zhǔn)予畢業(yè)，學(xué)校頒發(fā)畢業(yè)證書(shū)；符合學(xué)士學(xué)位授予條件的，授予文學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位。
